Sean Reilly is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the firm. Reilly has handled close to 50 projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity. His work includes leading large scale HR Outsourcing and Employment service projects, financial analysis and valuation strategies.
Reilly is involved in all facets of client projects as well as overseeing the daily operation of the firm itself.
Before joining ERA, Reilly worked in the financial services and investment banking industries. He held senior level financial and project management positions at several large investment firms as well as several private investment banks. Reilly has a B.A. in Business Administration from Bryant University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
In his spare time, Reilly enjoys time with his family, coaching and playing lacrosse and golf.
Richard Lord has spent his career as a management consultant in a variety of roles and industries. His focus has been on lowering operating costs for his clients and improving business processes to be more efficient and effective.
Prior to his work with Rubicon Holdings and Expense Reduction Analysts, he was a senior manager with Accenture. His work included managing large scale business system implementations and strategies. He has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
While not working, he enjoys coaching his daughters’ basketball and soccer teams.
